When your order ships, we immediately send you an email containing the courier AWB number and a direct tracking link so you can follow your shipment in real time.

SMS Alerts

Receive automatic SMS updates at every key milestone — when your order is dispatched, arrives at a transit hub, goes out for delivery, and when it is delivered.

What Do the Statuses Mean?

  • Processing

    Your order has been confirmed and payment verified. Our warehouse team is picking and packing your parts. This stage typically takes 1–2 business days.

  • Dispatched

    Your order has been packed and handed over to our courier partner. Shipment tracking is now active and you will have received an AWB number via email and SMS.

  • In Transit

    Your shipment is actively moving through the logistics network. You may see multiple hub scans as it moves from origin to destination city.

  • Out for Delivery

    Your package is with the local delivery executive and will be delivered today. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.

  • Delivered

    Your order has been successfully delivered and handed over at the delivery address. If you did not receive your package, contact us immediately.

  • Return Initiated

    A return has been approved for this order and a free pickup has been scheduled from your address. Check your email for the pickup date and time window.
