- Customized, refurbished, or special-order items clearly marked as such at purchase.
Physical Damage Policy
- Check your package on delivery.
- Report any damage within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.
- Claims for physical damage after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Refunds

Exchanges
- We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon delivery and reported within 24 hours.
