Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items with physical damage caused after delivery.
  • Items installed or used.
  • Electrical parts that have been installed.
  • Customized, refurbished, or special-order items clearly marked as such at purchase.

Physical Damage Policy

  • Check your package on delivery.
  • Report any damage within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.
  • Claims for physical damage after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Returned items will be inspected before approval.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • If the return is rejected (due to damage, use, or incorrect packaging), we will contact you for next steps.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon delivery and reported within 24 hours.
  • Contact us immediately to arrange an exchange.
