Order Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipping:
    You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.

  • After Shipping:
    Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You can, however, request a return after delivery under our return policy.
  • Special-Order/Refurbished Items:
    These items cannot be cancelled once processing begins, as they may be customized or sourced specifically for you.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:

🔹 Eligible Refund Cases:

  • You cancelled the order before it shipped.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was defective or damaged and reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product was returned in unused, original condition within 7 days of delivery and approved after inspection.

🔹 Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Item was damaged after delivery or during installation.
  • Item was returned without original packaging or is used.
  • Electrical parts that have been installed.
  • Customized, used, or special-order items.

Refund Method & Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.).
  • Refunds are typically completed within 10–15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we’ll request your bank details for a direct bank transfer.

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • In most cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent in error or defective on arrival.
  • Please use a trackable courier service when returning items.
